FAQ

  • What age is best for making this nap transition?

This guide walks you through the ideal ages for each of the major nap transitions.

  • What if my child still needs my help falling asleep at bedtime or in the middle of the night?

This guide can still be helpful but you may find you struggle with some aspects of the transition if your child is not able to fall asleep on their own. If you want to work on independent sleep, I recommend checking out my Sleep Coaching Crash Course (which also includes my Nap Transition Guide!) or my 1:1 Services for more help.

  • What if I get started and I need more support?

If you get started and are really struggling, I am happy to help you and guide you until you get back on the right foot. For that, I would recommend checking out my 30 Minute Consult if your child is already an independent sleeper. If they aren't already an independent sleeper, then you should check out my 1:1 Services so we can work together and come up with a plan of action that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
